Academics

The San Juan Unified School District, in partnership with parents, staff, students, and the community, has adopted and implemented a comprehensive core curriculum for all students at all grade levels. Our educational programs have been developed to meet the instuctional needs of all students. Together, we share the responsibility for excellence in education. 

The district complies with all state standards regarding the curricular areas. State-approved textbooks are used at all grade levels. Textbooks and other curriculum materials, including titles, descriptions, course of studies and academic standards are available at schools and at the district office for review by parents.
