AUGUST 3RD, 2009

A. BELLA VISTA GIRLS VOLLEYBALL INFORMATION:

     1. Conditioning: Volleyball will be conditioning on August 10 through August 13 from 6pm to 730 pm for all levels (Frosh/JV/Varsity). Meet next go large gym by the outdoor basketball courts. You must bring your athletic clearance form to your coach in order to participate. Clearance cards are available in the atttendance office beginning August 3rd.

     2. Volleyball Tryouts will be from August 17 through August 21st. Tryouts are in the large gym. You must athletic clearance to participate.

          a. Frosh: 530pm to 715 pm

          b. JV/VAR: 7pm to 9pm

B. Athletic Clearance Packets are NOW AVAILABLE at the Bella Vista Office. They are part of the new Parent & Student Athletic Handbook. PLEASE DO NOT PRINT THE PACKET AVAILABLE ON THE DISTRICT WEBSITE...It is not complete as we have attached several of our own additional documents to the packet. USING THE FORMS FROM THE DISTRICT WEBPAGE WILL DELAY CLEARANCE FOR ATHLETIC PARTICIPATION.

    1. This packet will be made available on this site at the link below. ***When printing...complete the following steps for front to back page printing.

          a. Do not click on the print icon but rather choose the "print" option from your menu.

          b. A dialog box should appear. Click the "properties" icon and find the tab for "finishing".

          c. Choose "front to back" option and click ok.

          d. Click print and follow the directions for placing the paper back in the printer for back page printing
