Student Appointments
Appointments can be made to see a counselor by coming in to the Counseling Office before school, during break, at lunch, or after school.
1. Speak to Ms. Gage about the Counselor’s appointment binder.
2. Look for an open time slot and write your name in.
3. A pass will be sent out to your class during the period you are scheduled for.
If you have any questions, please see Ms. Gage in the Counseling Office.
Parent Appointments
Parents can request an appointment with their student’s counselor by calling Ms. Gage in the Counseling Office at (916) 971-5025.
Work Permits
Work permit applications are available on the counter in the Counseling Office. Once the form is filled out and signed by parents & employer, return it to Ms. Gage and allow 24 hours to process the application. The student must return to the office and sign the permit and take it their employer.

Final transcripts are mailed home in January and June. Please make your own copies for unofficial purposes. Please allow 24 hour turn around time for paperwork as the registrar has to fill out for the county offices, college applications, Cal Grants, etc. See more details on how to order transcripts on the Registrar’s page located under Resources.

Student Assistance Program (SAP): SAP provides services to students through referrals to district and community services, and on campus support groups. The support groups offer confidential direct services to students. These groups teach students skills to develop insight and to prepare and better respond to stressful influences in their lives.
