Final transcripts are mailed home in January and June.  Please make your own copies for unofficial purposes.  Please allow 24hr turn around time for paperwork as the registrar has to fill out for the county offices, college applications, Cal Grants, etc.

Transcripts for current Bella Visa students:
If you come into the Registrar’s office first thing in the morning your request can usually be processed by lunch.  The cost of transcripts is $1.00 and will need to be paid at time of ordering.  Your transcript may be picked up before you leave campus.

Transcripts for former Bella Visa students:
The fee for transcripts is $2.00.  If you still live in the area you may come into the office (7-3:30, lunch at 1), pay the fee and your request will be processed.  Or you may mail a request with pertinent information:  your name at time of graduation, yr graduated, phone number, $2.00 fee per transcript and indicate where you would like it to be mailed and the registrar will be happy to process this for you.
