  • Sasha Victorine played college soccer at UCLA, leading them to the NCAA title in 1997, and being named a first-team All-American in 1999. He was drafted by the Los Angeles Galaxy in the second round of the 2000 MLS SuperDraft and he was traded to Kansas City for a draft pick in 2005. Please read more here.
  • Julie K. Silver, M.D., is an assistant professor in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Harvard Medical School.   • Jan Young is a writer, K-4 Remediation Tutor, and piano teacher. Her husband's cowboying experiences on California and Nevada ranches provide true-life details for her stories. Located in Winnemucca, Nevada, Jack and Jan help people with their horses through clinics, lessons, and training. Besides her degree in Behavioral Science from Fresno Pacific University, she earned a certificate from the Institute of Children's Literature, and has published fiction and nonfiction articles and stories for children and adults.   • Boek received a scholarship from Idaho State in 2005 after starting just one season at Del Campo. He was a redshirt freshman last season for the Bengals but decided in late spring to surrender his scholarship and return home to be with his father, Nathan Boek, who is battling cancer.   • IB Student and 2007 Churchill graduate, Casey Robbins, made the news both in Sacramento Ca, and Monrovia, Liberia, with her 8th grade community service project. Casey organized the collection and shipment of used SJUSD textbooks to the African Country torn apart by civil work. The books include Math, Science, English and History texts from elementary through High School and will benefit the largest school district in Liberia whose students are mostly from impoverished families.
