Dear Citrus Heights Families,
Welcome to a new school year! I hope your summer had been restful. Our journey together continues and I look forward to another great school year. I believe education is best developed with the support and nurturing of our parents/guardians and community. Our students are a reflection of the values and morals we have instilled within them. We can achieve our goals when we work together in a collaborative effort. The most valuable part of Citrus Heights Elementary School is our staff and the support we receive from our community.
We have an exciting year planned. We have had a busy summer preparing for the 2009-2010 school year! Our PTA has also been busy planning events for the year and have another year of exciting activities planned. Joining the PTA is a great opportunity for you to participate in your child’s educational experience.
I believe in setting high standards and developing methods that help students meet expectations in order to increase student achievement and social development. Please join me in supporting our efforts. I look forward in continuing our collaboration and celebrating our students’ success!!
