- California Standards Based Instruction and curriculum in Language Arts, Math, Science, Social Studies, Music, Physical Education
- School Wide Behavior Program developed with support from the Office of Student Assistance and Prevention Programs and funded by a grant from Health Net.

- Orchard Standards Based Software (Computerized Language Arts, Math, and Science Program) on all computers.
- Accelerated Reader (Computerized Reading Comprehension Program) on all computers.
- Use of Alpha Smarts (computer keyboards) to promote writing.
- Read Naturally After School Intervention Program for identified 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th grade students.

- Bridges After School Program operates 3- hours a day, five days a week funded through a 21st Century Community Learning Center Grant.
- Two Special Day Classes for Emotionally Disturbed students. When appropriate, students are mainstreamed into the regular classroom and receive additional assistance from specially trained staff.
- Visually Handicapped Program. Coyle's Visually Handicapped Students are mainstreamed into the regular classroom and receive additional assistance from specially trained staff. Home base for the district.
- Preschool and Kindergarten Autism Program class. When appropriate, students are mainstreamed into the Early Childhood Education classroom and receive additional assistance from specially trained staff.
- Head Start/State Preschool Programs provide educational and developmental opportunities for children from eligible low-income and special needs families.
- First Camp Summer School and Language Arts intervention for identified students entering 1st grade
- Camp II Summer School and Language Arts intervention for identified students entering 2nd grade
