The Payroll Department plays an integral role in the life of every employee. Make sure that Payroll has the latest and most accurate information about you and your employment status. The following forms can help you stay current with Payroll.

Sign up for Direct Deposit
All employees are highly encouraged to use Direct Deposit. Direct Deposit ensures your money is in your account on time. To authorize Payroll to send your check directly (electronically) to your bank or credit union:
When time is taken off work, absence forms must be submitted to Payroll no later than three business days upon return from your absence. Absence forms may be submitted to Payroll without the employee's signature, but the absence form MUST have been approved by a supervisor.
Many times during the year, the district office may need to send you information, check payments or W-2's and if your address is wrong, you will not receive the correspondence. Live checks will NOT be forwarded by the Post Office. To update your address or phone number:
All new employees should fill out a W-4 (Federal Withholding Form). Your federal and state taxes will be based on your marital status and the exemptions you claim. Upon hire, if payroll does not have a W-4, your Federal and State withholding status will default to Single with Zero exemptions. When you want to change your withholding for Federal or State Taxes, you must fill out the appropriate form. Payroll can tell you how much is currently being deducted.
