Transcript Requests

There is a fee of $2.00 for each copy of the transcript (cash or check only). There are 3 ways to get a transcript:

1. If they want to come in person  and pick it up, they need to show the school registrar a photo ID. Then they need to disclose the following information:  the name they used while attending Encina and the year they last attended or graduated.
2. They can also fax their request to  (916) 971-5882, they need to fax a photo copy of their ID and the same information as above: name they used while attending Encina, year the last attended or graduated, number of copies they need, a fax number where they want me to fax their transcript to or the address where they want me to mail their transcript.  Also a phone number where I can reach them just in case further information is needed.
3. Or they can mail me their request with a photo copy of their ID and same information from above: name they used while attending Encina, year the last attended or graduated, number of copies they need (unofficial: not stamped or sealed, or official: stamped and sealed in an envelope) the address where they want me to mail their transcript.  Also a phone number where I can reach them just in case I need further information.
