Attendance

Reporting Absences:

Whenever a child is absent from school, the school must receive an explanation from the parent/guardian.  The explanation must state the child's name, the date(s) of the absence, the reason for the absence, the teacher's name.  Written notes should be signed by the parent/guardian.  If you child is absent for medical reasons and has seen a doctor, please obtain a note from the doctor, stating the dates your child will be absent from school for this reason.

When your child is unable to attend school, we must receive notification by phone, e-mail, or written note.
