"We worry about what a child will bcome tomorrow, yet we forget that he is someone today" S. Tausher

"In spite of the six thousand manuals on child raising in the bookstores, child raising is still a dark continent and no one really knows anthing. You just need a lot of love and luck - and, of course, courage." Bill Cosby, Fatherhood, 1986 I think this quotes says so much. Most parents will tell you that the hardest job they ever had was being a parent. Most parents will also tell you that the most rewarding job they ever had was being a parent. This web page is designed to provide caregiver with useful resources and websites, information on behavioral techniques, and offer helpful journal articles and books on parenting information. You will also find inspiring quotes from time to time from caregivers and teachers or cartoons. If we can't laugh with each other on this journey we call parenthood then how will we make it through the tough times we are sure to come across? * Socialization groups will begin at the following schools on the week of September 27th: Laurel Ruff Center, Star King, and Twin Lakes. If you have a child you think would benifit from the group and attends one of these schools please ask for more information from the school principal or contact me.
