Hello Everyone!!!
I plan to run some conditioning days in the NEW gym as follows:
August 4,5,6,11,12,13 Time: 1:30-3:00
All levels encouraged to come. A great way to get a head start before tryouts (especially Varsity!) because you know they will be dying. LOL
PLEASE CONTACT THE GIRLS YOU KNOW THAT COULD BENEFIT FROM THESE WORKOUTS.
