San Juan High School: 100 Years of History
San Juan High School is 100 years old! The video above is a collection of interviews from graduates, teachers and principals through the years telling their story and experiences at San Juan High School. The earliest graduate in the video is from the class of 1939. The latest are students who will be graduating in 2014. Every decade that could be represented, is represented. Voices include students and teachers from the 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, 00s and 10s! Enjoy the video, learn a little more about the oldest high school in the San Juan Unified School District and find out what the school is doing now to prepare students for their future.
The school is currently in the midst of celebrating its centennial year with many exciting festivities. The celebration kicked off as the class of 2013 walked across the stage in June and will continue until June when the class of 2014 graduates. Check out the events page for more info.
