Parent Involvement

Parents are a valuable asset to the entire community.  Through PTA, the school benefits from the beautification projects, assemblies, parent visitation days, fundraising, and social opportunities through barbecues, and parent programs.  Parents are also active on the School Site Council advising, exploring, and shaping programs.  Parents are encouraged to volunteer in the classroom, chaperone on field trips, assist with at-home tasks, and provide art history to the classrooms through the Art Docent program.

Pasadena offers Discovery Club and the After-School Bridges Program.
