Location: Delta College San Joaquin County Office of Education is hosting the NorCal State Competition this year. Three schools in each division--high school and junior high--from the seven regions in Northern California will attend. The top-scoring team in the B and in the C division will go to the National Finals in Augusta, Georgia.
