About Our School

Will Rogers is proud to be a national AVID demonstration school, a representative of Bill Daggett’s Model Schools, and an award winning school of character.

Our physical education department proudly offers a choice program which gives your student the opportunity to choose his/her activity. These activities rotate every four weeks and they include: soccer, basketball, tumbling, folk dancing, CPR/First Aid, heart rate monitors, archery, golf, wrestling, orienteering, Taebo, bowling, Ultimate Frisbee, Philadelphia football and many more.

Our electives are an exciting mix of computers, art, band, Mustang Media, drama, AVID, reading and teachers’ assistants.

Finally, Science Olympiad, History Days, Sacramento Educational Video Awards, Bridges After School, after school tutoring.
