Science Olympiad

Description:  Science Olympiad is a competition that includes a variety of different Science related events.  Rogers will have tryouts and form a team.  That team will then prepare for the events for several months.  In the Spring we compete at Sac State against other area middle schools.  If we do well, then we move on to state and even national competition.

15 students will work with a partner to complete in various categories they have prepared for at designated times around the CSUS campus.

#1) We need Coaches to work with us after school. Volunteers needed!!
Can’t stay for the hour?
Volunteer to provide snacks for our hungry scientists!!!

Please help with any of the following form home:
1.    Science Olympiad Supplies Bin Set-Up. Gather items needed for events or donate money to the cause ?.
2.    Science Olympiad Event Files and Resources. Print off internet and file.
3.    Science Olympiad Event Volunteers Saturday April 5th 7am-4pm@ CSUS
a.    2 Volunteers needed to register to work at the event
b.    1 Volunteer to make Will Rogers Banner
c.    1 Volunteer in charge of team T-shirts
d.    3+ Volunteers for event day (drivers ,snacks ,escorts to events ,etc)
e.    Set up/Take Down of Canopy ,materials , chairs ,etc on event day
