Independent Study Contracts

Independent Study

 If a child will be out of school for five or more days for an unexcused reason, parents may contact the school two weeks in advance about arranging Independent Study.  At Sierra Oaks, Independent Study requests will be approved if the student is meeting academic standards and has good attendance. Parents may contact the school for a contract.  Approved and successfully completed Independent Study contracts will not count against a child’s attendance
