2008 - 2009 Dress Code

  Note:  The San Juan Board Policy states:  The Board prohibits the presence of any apparel, jewelry, accessory, gang symbols, or trademarks that represent gang affiliation or any other attribute that denotes membership in gangs which advocate drug use, violence, or disruptive behavior.

In order to assure a positive learning environment at school, students shall dress appropriately.  The type and style of clothing and hairdo are individual and personal; however, the school shall become concerned when these are extreme and could cause distracting, disruptive or unsafe situations.  The dress code is reviewed by the PTO and School Site Council.

General

·                  Garments are to fit the wearer, be neat, clean, and in good repair.  Clothes must be hemmed and without tears, frayed edges and holes.

·                  Shoes are to be worn at all times.  They must be appropriate and safe for daily physical activities.

·                  Sunglasses are not to be worn at school, unless needed for sun protection.

·                  Makeup, Tattoos and other body markings are not allowed.

Pants/Shorts/Skirts/Dresses

·                  Pants and shorts must fit at the waist of the wearer and stay up without a belt. No undergarments may show. (Sagging is not allowed)

·                  Pants/Shorts/skirts/dresses must hemmed, cuffed, and be at least fingertip length when the arm is extended to the side.

·                  Basketball shorts are not allowed.

Shirts/Tops

·                  Shirts should adequately clothe a student’s shoulders, torso, chest, and midriff.  Halter, backless, bare midriff or “spaghetti” strap tops thinner than 3 finger widths wide are not allowed.

·                  Clothing that has logos for alcohol, gang/cult-related information, drug usage, violence, tobacco, sexually explicit pictures or hate speech are prohibited.

Hats/Headgear

·                  Hats may be worn outside only.  Baseball caps must be worn with the bill forward.  No hats are allowed to be worn inside the classrooms, cafeteria, etc. Hats that have logos for alcohol, gang/cult-related information, drug usage, violence, tobacco, sexually explicit pictures or hate speech are prohibited.

Outerwear

·                   Jackets should reflect the weather.

If clothing is unsafe, not compliant with the dress code, or disruptive to the educational process, students will be asked to go home to change, have clothing brought from home, or will be given loaner clothes which will need to be washed and returned the following school day.

Offenses may result in a disciplinary consequence.  Parents will need to pick up the inappropriate clothing or any confiscated items from the office.

Примечание: постановлением совета директоров San Juan запрещается носить какие-либо украшения, ювелирные изделия, аксессуары, гангстерскую символику или торговую марку, которые показывают принадлежность и признание сообщества с бандитскими группировками, которые в свою очередь пропагандируют использование наркотиков, насилие или безчинное поведение.

С целью обеспечить позитивную атмосферу к обучению в школе, ученики должны одеваться соответсвенно. Тип и стиль одежды и прически дело очень личное и индивидуальное, однако, школа должна быть обеспокоена экстремальностями, которые привносят отвлекающие, прерывающие обучение, или небезопасные для жизни ситуации. Код фомы одежды пересмотрен Родительско-Учительским коммитетом и Школьным Советом.

Общие правила

·        Части одежды должны размером совпадать с носящим их, выглядеть и быть аккуратными, чистыми и починеными. Одежда должна быть построченой без прорывов, дырок и обтрепаных концов.

·        Обувь должна присутствовать на ногах все время и в свою очередь должна быть подходящей и безопасной для ежедневных физических мероприятий.

·        Солнцезащитные очки не должны носиться в школе, или только в случаях необходимости защиты от солнца.

·        Косметика, татуировки и другие нательные пометки запрещены.

Брюки/ Шорты/ Юбки/ Платья

·        Брюки и шорты должны совпадать размером с их носителем и держаться на поясе бз ремня. Нижнее белье не должно выглядывать. (подворачивание одежды не допускается)

·        Шорты/ Юбки/ Платья должны быть подшиты с окантовкой и иметь про запас длины в ладонь,для того чоб не задирались при поднятии рук.

·        Баскетбольные шорты- запрещены!

La Escuela Primaria de Skycrest Código de Vestuario para 2008 – 2009

Note:  La Póliza de la Junta de Educación de San Juan declara:  La Junta de Educación prohíbe la presencia de cualquier ropa,

joyería, accesorio,  símbolos de pandillas, o marcas que representen afiliación a pandillas o cualquier otro atributo que denote

membresía en  pandillas las cuales abogan el uso de drogas, de violencia, o conducta disruptiva.

Para poder asegurar un ambiente escolar positivo de aprendizaje, los alumnos deberán vestir apropiadamente.  El estilo y el tipo de ropa y peinados son individual y personal; sin embargo, la escuela se preocupará cuando éstos son extremos y pudieran causar situaciones perturbantes, disruptivas o peligrosas.  El código de vestuario es revisado por la Organización de Padres y Maestros (PTO) y el Comité de Consejo Escolar.

General

·                  La ropa debe ser de la talla del alumno, estar limpia y en buena condición.  Debe de tener bastilla, sin roturas ni agujeros.

·                  Deben usar zapatos en todo momento.  Deben ser apropiados y seguros para las actividades físicas diarias. 

·                  Los lentes para el sol no deben de usarse en la escuela, a menos que se necesite para protegerse del sol.

·                  El maquillaje, tatuajes y cualquier otra marca en el cuerpo no se permiten.

Pantalones/Shorts/Faldas/Vestidos

·                  La cintura de los pantalones y los shorts debe ser de la talla del que los usa, sin tener que usar un cinturón para sostenerlos.  La ropa interior no debe verse. (No se permite “sagging”)

·                  Los pantalones/shorts/faldas/vestidos deben tener bastilla, dobles, y ser tan largos como a la altura de la punta de los dedos cuando la mano esta extendida en los costados.

·                  No se permite usar shorts de Basketball.

Camisas/Blusas/Camisetas

·                  Las camisas/blusas deben de cubrir adecuadamente los hombros, la espalda, el torso, el pecho y el estomago del alumno.  No se permiten camisetas sin espalda, con el torso descubierto, o tirantes delgaditos ( “halter, backless, bare midriff o spaghetti straps”).

·                  La ropa que tiene sellos o logotipos que den mensajes de alcohol, pandillas/cultos relacionados, drogas, violencia, trabaco, pinturas de sexualidad o mensajes de odio son prohibidos.
