Attendance

Regular attendance is a major key to sucess!

Attendance Line:

Call (916) 971-7320 ext 1 24 hours a day to report absences!

Please leave the following:

1. Student's first and last name

2. Teacher's name

3. Why they are out?  Flu related, please leave details

4. Who's calling/relationship to student

5. The date/dates of absences

All student absences require a parent phone call or upon returning to school, a written note signed by a parent or guardian.

All tardy students must sign in at the office after 15 minutes of school starting.

A student leaving early for an appointment must have a written notice or a phone call to the office from a parent or guardian. Parents: please allow time for the office to locate your student. Remember, they may be at recess, P.E. or music.  If possible, please send a note with your child in the morning.
