PE LAB AT ENCINA
The PE Lab at the Encina campus has changed from Fridays to Tuesdays at noon. Come prepared to do the Fitness test which includes a mile run. Get started early in the semester. Remember the first lab is to see what your fitness level is now, then through exercise it should improve for your final lab which needs to be at least 5 weeks apart.
