Families served by San Juan Central invited to take survey
San
Juan Central has been serving families since June 2009. In order to get
feedback on the enrollment experience, we are asking families who enrolled a
child to complete a short survey. These results will be used to continually
improve our services to San Juan families. Click on the link below to
complete the survey online. If you completed the survey on paper,
please do not also complete the survey online. Surveys should be
completed by 9 p.m. on Nov. 2.
