Early Dismissal & Classroom Interruptions
Instructional time is sacred. Interruptions cause instruction to stop and disrupts the flow of learning. Please ensure your child knows his/her lunch plans prior to getting to school. Also, your children should know how they are getting home before they come to school. Classrooms will no longer be interrupted to relay these kinds of messages. Early dismissals will be allowed for doctor or dentist appointments only. If your child needs to have an early dismissal, a note should be submitted to the teacher at the beginning of the day. You may want to have a morning check list:
1. Homework
2. Lunch
3. Note for early dismissal
4. Does my child know how he/she is getting home?
