Update on Consolidation Meetings
November 3 at 7 p.m. in the Board Room:
District staff
will review the Consolidation Proposal and share forum feedback with
the FT&F Committee. Members of the public can provide comments at
the end of the meeting when the committee has worked through its
agenda. The comment limit is 2 minutes each speaker. There will be no
question and answer session.
November 17 at 6:30 p.m. in the Board Room:
District
staff will make a presentation of the Consolidation Proposal to the
SJUSD Board of Education. Agendas and back-up materials will be posted
the Friday prior to the meeting. Members of the public are allowed to
comment. The limit for comments is 10 speakers for 2 minutes each.
December 1 at 7 p.m. in the Board Room:
District
staff returns to the FT&F Committee Meeting with the final
recommendation for the FT&F to weigh in. Members of the public can
provide comments at the end of the meeting when the committee has
worked through its agenda. The comment limit is 2 minutes each
speaker. There will be no question and answer session.
December 8 at 6:30 p.m. in the Board Room:
The
Committee's evaluation and staff's final recommendation will be
presented to the Board for action. Members of the public are allowed
to comment. The comment limit is 10 speakers for 2 minutes each.
