Today, November 3, 2009, we experienced a small fire in the
lower boy’s restroom during school dismissal. 
911 was called immediately, the fire alarm was sounded evacuating all
students to the far field of the school, and all students and staff went
directly to the far fields of the school, waiting until the all clear bell was
sounded.  Due to the quick actions of
staff and response of the fire department there were no injuries.  We appreciate all parents, students, and staff
evacuating to the fields and clearing the parking lot to allow the fire
department to enter the school.  All
safety procedures were followed quickly and efficiently!!  Thank you parents and students for assisting
and following all directions.
