  4th grade!

My goal for all my 4th graders this year is that they will love reading and writing!  I will be instituting a Reading Workshop and a Writing Workshop, where students will spend at least 30 minutes a day reading, and 30 minutes a day writing.  Students will choose "just-right" books and read in class and 30 minutes every night at home. I hope to create a community of readers and writers.  I love 4th graders and I look forward to a great year!

You are welcome to come into the classroom at any time.  I love to have parent volunteers and it would be wonderful to have parents come and participate.  The more you are involved in your students education the better student they will become.
