We are well underway with the school year now, and grades are starting to be established.  The two main components of your grades are homework sheets and tests.  You are ALL capable of getting 40/40 on your assignment sheets and strong tests come from being prepared. Be sure to ask questions in class or come in for extra help when you are feeling a little confused.  Then practice, practice, practice on your homework. :)

Reminder:  AP Calculus students...be sure you have picked up your 9th edition Barron's book.

Textbook materials for the new (2007 version) Algebra One, Algebra Two, and Geometry adoptions are available on-line at classzone.com  They advertise on-line examples, on-line test practice, self-scoring quizzes, and more.  Need extra practice?  Give classzone.com a try!  Our El Camino code for the Algebra Two book is 2388548-30.

Zangle is more familiar to staff members now and parents should be comfortably accessing information on-line including student grades and attendance.  Students don't have i.d.'s yet, but check through your parents' accounts for now.  The district will be adding modules of additional information as quickly as they can.
