Good-bye summer hello third grade! Welcome! I am looking forward to getting to know all of you this school year, kids and parents! Hopefully you have all had an eventful and relaxing summer and are feeling ready to take on the challenges of a new school year. A lot of changes have been happening at Del Dayo!

Our Back to School Night is on Tues., Sept. 1, so you may want to enter that on your calendar. That evening will give parents a chance to visit our classroom and meet me. I will be giving an overview of our school year and sharing with you how I run my classroom and what your role will be.

Thank you to those of you who signed up at the volunteer fair. I will also have my sign up sheet available the first week of school and at Back to School Night for those of you who could not make it but would like to help out.
