Dining out is a military tradition that includes an award ceremony to honor outstanding cadets who have highly contributed to ROTC. It is run by a hand full of cadets who all assume different parts of the project. National awards are presented by representatives of different associations such as: Air Force Association, Daughters of the American Revolution, National Sojourners, American Veterans, etc.
Military Ball
Military ball is more of a Core celebration where the instructors award cadets such as: Outstanding Cadets, Outstanding Athletes, Academic Achievement, etc. The cadets tend to enjoy the Military Ball due to the less formal restrictions and as an end of year celebration for seniors and top staff.
