Computer Applications is one of 3 classes offered in the Pasteur "Elective Wheel." Students are exposed to a variety of software products using Apple Imac computers. The class will help prepare students to succeed in other curricular courses, high school and the work place. The course follows the district guidelines for computer competency and standards. Students learn in a "hands on" environment while having fun! Applications covered in this course include: * Keyboarding * Word Processing * Spreadsheet * Graphics and Video * Exposure to HTML * Instructional Games * Career Futures * Presentations Inside 401...
Outside 401 In the Quad area...
Grades: Students can earn grades of either A, Pass or Fail. If students complete their work on time, keyboard with fingers on the correct keys and demonstrate proper file management procedures including putting their name on all of their files they will earn an A. My motto: "Work Hard... Play Hard!"
