Here are some sample units you may see in my class this year. GOLF: students will be introduced to the basic fundamentals of the golf swing from grip, stance, proper posture, as well as putting and chipping fundamentals. G.P.S. RELAY RACES: We will be using handheld global positioning devices to search coordinates which will guide students to perform fitness activities. SPORTS CONDITIONING: Students will participate in a fitness class focusing on Plyometrics, fixing muscle imbalances, strength training, and flexibility. (Class will be required for all girls basketball players).
