Bella Vista’s Glass Art Program is taught by Mrs. Kristen Edington, an alumnus of Bella Vista High School. Glass Art is a unique program that integrates the state content standards with the exciting medium of glass . Students enrolled in this class will learn how to carefully manipulate glass into artistic pieces. A year of Glass Art fulfills the graduation requirement for Visual/Performing Arts. Student artists receive the knowledge and skills to express themselves using glass and the following processes:

- Glass boxes, sun catchers, windows
- Glass terrerrariums, lamps, kaleidoscopes
- Glass beads, pendants, jewelry
- Slumped bowls, candleholders
- Glass sandblastings
- Mosaics, stepping stones
- Much more!
and have stricter grading policies, leadership duties and
additional assignments.All students should have their supplies contributions turned in and received the Safety Lesson before starting Glass work!
