• PARTICIPATE IN THE DISTRICT LEARNING CONTINUITY AND ATTENDANCE PLAN SURVEY

San Juan Unified invites you to participate in our Learning Continuity and Attendance Plan survey. This plan is required by Senate Bill 98, which seeks to address funding stability for schools and provides for how student learning continuity is addressed during the COVID-19 crisis in the 2020-2021 school year.

As a district, we value stakeholder voice and your input will be used to inform the Learning Continuity and Attendance Plan department. Click here to access the Learning Continuity and Attendance Plan survey in multiple languages. Please complete the survey by September 9, 2020.

Give feedback on your recent Zoom experiences. Visit www.sanjuan.edu/zoomsurvey by Sept. 10.

Zoom Updates Required by August 28: To ensure live class sessions in Zoom are secure and that students are accurately listed in attendance reports, San Juan Unified will begin requiring students to “authenticate,” or “sign in”. This will take effect on Friday, Aug. 28.

San Juan Unified teachers already are in the practice of providing students with a Zoom meeting link as well as the meeting ID and passcode (for mobile devices). Starting on Friday, Aug. 28,  when students click the link provided by the teacher (or enter the meeting ID in the mobile app), the student  will be required to sign in with Google using their school email and the same password they use for the student portal. Refer to the info on the Fall Hub.
