White House Counseling Center

    White House Counseling Center supports students and their families in San Juan Unified School District and surrounding area.  Counseling is available for children and youth who are covered by Medi-Cal, as a contractor for children's mental health and the Sacramento County Department of Health and Human Services. Eligible students with Medi-Cal coverage, can be seen at their SJUSD school site or at our center.

    We are on the Carmichael Elementary School campus.

    The White House Counseling Center supports the mission of the San Juan Unified School District by helping students work through barriers that prevent them from accessing an education and achieving to the best of their ability. Our goal is to help students and their families deal more effectively with the many problems and stressors that occur at school, home, and work, that affect or might affect school performance.
    Each year hundreds of families receive counseling services at White House Counseling Center. Counseling is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and we provide services year-round. 
    Since 1968, the White House Counseling Center has been assisting students and their families learn new skills to       
    cope with the difficulties and complexities of living and learning in a rapidly changing society. Supervised interns from various training and licensing programs, provide counseling for students and their families.
