This is a 9-week class that is a graduation requirement. Topics include:1. Health and Wellness2. Health and the Body3. Drugs4. Diseases and Disorders5. Adolescence, Adulthood, and Family Life6. Reproductive HealthStudents in this class can expect 3-4 nights of Homework and a test on Friday. All grades are entered into the student portal in an expedient amount of time. Any questions about grades, missing assignments, and scores should be brought to my attention as soon as possible. There will be one group project which will require students to select a group to work with. They will research together, present together, and create a power point together. All other assignments are pretty straight forward and should not take more than 30 minutes of their time. All assignments are due the following day unless otherwise noted. ALL TESTS (EXCLUDING THE FINAL) ARE OPEN NOTE TESTS. Students should be reading each chapter assigned, answering the study guide questions on a separate sheet of paper, and using those notes on their tests each week.Use the tabs to the left ("Class Assignments") to view each week's homework assignments.
