    2017/2018 WorkAbility Staff Assignments

     
     
     Our WorkAbility office administrative support team includes  Sherry Andersen,  secretary, Julia Arreguin, WorkAbility administrator, and Gerhardt Ratliff, office clerk 
     
    At the 8th grade level Youth Employment Technician  Laura Smith supports all K-8 and middle schools to provide school based services for 8th grade students (primarily transition related assessment and consultation with special education staff to enhance job readiness before students move up to high school).
     
    At the 9-12+ high school & transition levels two 'Work based' Youth Employment Technicians are responsible for community based job development across the entire district:    
     
    o    Sandra McNulty - El Camino, Encina, La Entrada, Laurel Ruff,  Mira Loma, Rio Americano
     
    o    Terrell Grant - Bella Vista, Casa Roble, Del Campo, La Vista, Mesa Verde & San Juan
     
    One 'School Based' Youth Employment Technician 'YET' is assigned to each high school to support transition related assessment, counseling, instruction and vocational training.  The school based YETs will collaborate with the work based YETs to facilitate off campus workability placement for eligible students.
