District Parent Liaison- Be an official representative of Del Campo
- Attend monthly district-wide Parent Liaison meetings
- Attend monthly PFO meetings and give report
Family Resource Center Coordinator
- Organize files on FRC computer
- Update FRC Facebook page
- Communicate with Area Coordinators for organization/promotion of specific area information
- Coordinating FRC front desk volunteer coverage
- Track inventory of materials cabinet
- Coordinate with PFO for materials expenditures
- Attend monthly PFO meetings
- Update FRC files
- Train new FRC volunteers
Extracurricular/Summer Program List Coordinator
- Research and connect with (via phone or email) community organizations
- Maintain and promote information/list through various formats (TBD)
Scholarship Coordinator
- Research local, regional and national scholarship opportunities
- Maintain and promote scholarship file in FRC and Counseling Office
- Communicate scholarship opportunities to be included in Naviance
Student Employment Coordinator
- Research and connect with (via phone or email) local businesses needed part-time, temporary/seasonal, and summer employees
- Maintain and promote information/list through various formats (TBD)
- Create partnerships with appropriate community organizations
- Organize resume workshops
- Organize mock interviews
- Coordinate Del Campo Career Fair
- Coordinate GPS Career Day at Cal Expo
Community Service Coordinator
- Research and connect with (via phone or email) community organizations
- Maintain and promote information/list through various formats (TBD)
Parent Seminar Coordinator
- Create topic list
- Organize food/coffee/water for seminars
- Promote seminars to parent community
Family Resource Center Desk
- Sit at main desk in FRC as scheduled – weekly, monthly, random times
- Answer phone calls and emails from parents and the community, answering questions or directing to appropriate party
- Decorate and organize as needed
Partners on Campus- Assist staff in monitoring students during the school day as scheduled
- Be assigned a specific area on campus
- Engage students verbally for information only (asking for pass, ID, etc)
- Do not engage students physically (ie try to stop them from going anywhere)
- Communicate issues to appropriate staff (via radio)
Administrative
- Summer mailer envelope stuffing - July
- Schedule Pick-up Days - assist with handout of schedules - August
Renaissance Awards Program - Fall and/or Spring
Senior Awards Night set-up
- Buy/pick up juice, fruit, etc – will get reimbursed
- Set up coffee and water
Coordinate a one-time Parent Social Event – organized run, bike, community volunteer
