Section 125 Plans

  • American Fidelity is our provider of Flexible Spending Accounts (Section 125 plan).  American Fidelity provides pre-tax reimbursement accounts for dependent care and healthcare expenses.   You may obtain information on flexible spending accounts through the following link:   Eligible employees must contact American Fidelity directly to set up their account within 30 days of eligibility.  The maximum an employee may contribute per pay period to a HealthCare FSA depends upon the employees hire date.  Please refer to the maximum per pay period allocation chart here.
    Employees must elect each year to participate in a 125 reimbursement account plan. Elections must be made by logging into the AFenroll platform.  Employees who wish to have assistance enrolling may schedule a virtual meeting with an American Fidelity Account Manager for the 2022 open enrollment period online at or call American Fidelity at 1-800-365-8306, option 7.
