• We will ensure all staff are implementing rigorous, innovative instructional strategies, integrating technology, and using assessment to personalize instruction to meet Common Core Standards, valuing civic responsibility.

• We will actively engage the Howe Avenue community as a valued partner in the education process by building trusting relationships that include honest, two-way communication to create a collaborative culture.

• We will model and infuse responsible, respectful and empathetic relationships based on knowledge and understanding of the diversity of our community to create a welcoming environment that is safe and nurturing.
