    begins November 1st and ends on November 22nd


    Welcome to Employee Benefit Open Enrollment. Please refer to the links and documents below to obtain important information about your health benefits. This is a good time to review your health plan selections. If you are adding dependents, you are required to provide proof of eligibility as follows: marriage certificate for adding a spouse,  birth certificate for adding a dependent child, domestic partner registration, court document for adoption or legal guardianship. You will also need to provide the social security numbers of each dependent being added to your coverages.

    Please use the link below to find the form for any and all changes. Remember, if you do not want to make any changes to your healthcare choices you do not need to do anything.

    The Section-125 Annual Election Period for the 2020 Plan Year  will be held December 2nd through December 20, 2019.

    Our annual election period is the time for employees to enroll or re-enroll in our Section 125 Reimbursement Accounts which are administered by American Fidelity.  Employees, who want to participate in a pre-tax reimbursement account for dependent care or medical expenses, must enroll each year to continue this benefit. 

    Representatives from American Fidelity will be available to meet individually with employees at each site during December 2nd through December 20th to assist employees with enrolling in the 125 Plan for the 2020 Plan year. Meeting dates are also available at the district's administrative building in the Human Resources Conference Room.
