Mrs. Cory Bishop-Olivares

I have been teaching since 2007.  During that time, I've taught Kindergarten through 8th grade, and have loved each experience.  I received my Bachelor's from Lewis and Clark College, and my teaching credential and Master's degree from U.C. Santa Cruz.  I've recently moved from the coast (Fort Bragg, California) to Sacramento.

 I am an avid reader, but also love to dance, play soccer or ultimate frisbee, and spend time with my friends and family.  I've funneled my curiosity and accident-prone-ness into coaching Odyssey of the Mind (the border between chaos and creativity is very flexible), and cooking.  I love to travel, and have lived all over Europe. 

I'm excited to be starting my second year at Woodside, am looking forward to getting to know everyone better, and having a great school year!
