We will model and integrate knowledge and habits needed to develop a healthy body, mind, and spirit ensuring growth and success within and beyond the classroom.
- Implement instructional practices that value the connections between a healthy body, mind, and spirit and support student learning, school connectedness, and achievement
- Develop and implement a districtwide system of supports to address cognitive, social/emotional, family circumstance, and communicative barriers faced by all of our students
- Implement a system of support structures that enable students to transition throughout their schooling with an intact sense of self, a feeling of worth and ability, and firsthand knowledge of how to actively seek and maintain optimal health
- Identify, model, and integrate strategies to create safe and supportive school climates that are developmentally appropriate and culturally informed
