DESCRIPTION: This course covers the study of major Microeconomic concepts. Topics of study include economic indicators, scarcity, opportunity costs; the market system, freedom of choice, private ownership, profit and loss, consumer skills, labor relations and the government. Students will be provided with opportunities to use the tools of analysis such as charts, graphs, and statistics and to develop critical thinking skills.
