    1. How much do IB Exams cost?
    a. Beginning with the 2019/2020 school year, IB has done away with the $172 registration fee.  Students will now just pay the exam fee of $119 per exam. 

    2. Is financial aid available for IB Exams fees?
    a. Yes, but only if you qualify and turn in the application and all necessary documents by the August Deadline. The applications are available on line here. Letters of Acceptance are generally sent to the students the first week of September.

    3. How do I pay my IB Exam fees?
    Exam fees can be paid by cash, check or money order to the Business Office. Write the Name of the Student and the Student ID Number MUST on the check or money order. Students paying MUST have their Student ID with them at time of payment- no exceptions.

    4. What if I change my mind about IB tests- are exam fees refundable?
    a. No, we can apply IB exam fees to the next year, but we cannot give refunds.

    5. When are IB Exam fees due? (Dates are subject to change yearly)
    a. Payments are due in October. Exact date is determined annually.
    b. Payments made after the October due date will incur a late fee of $50.00

    6. Can I pay online with my credit card?
    a. No. At this time, San Juan Unified School District does not provide the technology to make such an arrangement possible.
