    Scheduling an event at GRDC begins with talking with the school secretary to check the calendar. Then completeion of the Facility Request. All Facility Requests are made online: https://sjusd.civicpermits.com/  Application for Use of School Facilities Form (pdf).

    PTO Insurance is kept on file at district.  Insurance is provided by PTO Today.  


    • To make copies for distribution, use large black copier in copy room.
    • Copy code is available on request. 
    • K-3rd:  14 sets of 26
    • 4th-5th: 6 sets 34
    • 6th-8th: 9 sets of 34.
    • Depending on what your distributing, 60 for preschool and 50 for office.


    Depositing Checks

    1. When money has been collected for a PTO fundraiser please follow this process:
    2. Money should be counted by two PTO members.
    3. Complete the Deposit Form (pdf).
    4. The two PTO members should sign the form.
    5. Drop form and money in the PTO box in the office.
    6. Please make sure the money and form are in a sealed envelope attention of the Financial Secretary.
    7. Call, text or email Financial Secretary to make aware of the deposit.
