Builder returns to alma mater: David Garner's #MySJStory
When 1996 Casa Roble Fundamental High School valedictorian scholar David Garner started his career in construction management, he knew he wanted to be a builder that made an impact in the Citrus Heights and Orangevale communities that he grew up in.
