  • NOTICE: For the foreseeable future, the Business Facilities Department will be open to assist the public by appointment only. A dropbox for completed paperwork or developer fee payments is located in the office hallway.

    San Juan Unified School District's Facilities Business Department is located at the Hemlock Annex (5320 Hemlock St., Sacramento CA 95841) and is the central office pertaining to:

    • Bond construction, accounting/budget/purchasing
    • Maintenance & Operations, accounting/budget/purchasing
    • Custodial, accounting/budget/purchasing
    • Transportation, accounting/budget/purchasing
    • Contractor/Consultant Badges
    • Construction RFP, RFQ, Bids & Awards
    • All Furniture for Construction Projects (full classroom or more, or require install)
    • Use of Facilities (Civic Permits)
    • Site Leases accounting/budget/billing
    • Notice of Completion filing
    • Cell Towers, accounting/budget/construction
    • Developer fees


    Business Hours

    7:30am to 11:30am and 1:00pm to 4:00pm Monday through Thursday

    We are closed on District Holidays.
