The Project Optimism Mentoring Sessions (POMS) program is a year-long series of weekly mentorship workshops for 4th & 5th grade students. Our program provides access to college aged mentors to enhance students’ academic achievement, and their social & emotional well-being.

    Program Components:

    • Themed workshops focused on creating healthy and productive life habits
    • Field Trips to local high schools and businesses
    • Community Service days
