Voluntary Student Accident Insurance
San Juan Unified School District does not provide student and athletic accident insurance coverage for students. While the District takes appropriate measures to protect your child from injury, accidents can and do occur even in safe environments. Several affordable insurance coverage plans are available through Student Insurance, an independent insurance company. Starting options are available for as low as $14 a year. Voluntary Student Insurance Information Letter to Parents(English) or Voluntary Student Insurance Information Letter to Parents(Spanish)Proof of medical insurance is required if your child participates in interscholastic sports (including cheerleading, mascots, band, drill team, etc.) and dental coverage is suggested.
