    San Juan Central Food Closet (Now Open!)

    The Food Closet is located at the Enrollment Center and serves families who are in need with one bag of food per month of non-perishable food items. The hours of operation are every Tuesday 9:00am – 11:30am and every Thursday 1:00pm – 4:00pm except for non-school days. The Food Closet runs year around.

    The Food Closet is located at 3700 Garfield Ave at Room 14 at the Enrollment Center in Carmichael. If you are unavailable at these times, please call Edith (916) 979-8877 to schedule an appointment.

    Produce For All (Closed)

    ***Update 4.14.20 *** In response to the increased demand that COVID-19 has created for food access within Sacramento County, Sacramento Food Bank & Family Services is hosting two new drive-through distributions. Click here
    Produce For All provides free, fresh fruits and vegetables to individuals and families at health clinics, schools, churches and other community centers. For the health of their clients, the Sacramento Food Bank will be suspending Produce for All distributions until further notice.
